POWER TO THE PEOPLE is a green doc series that follows climate change activist Melina Laboucan Massimo as she visits progressive Indigenous communities that are leading the world into a post carbon future. Episodes look at renewable energy initiatives – wind, solar, tidal, biomass, geothermal – to see how they’re generating clean power for communities, along with an exciting frontier of sustainable living alternatives – food sovereignty, green transportation, net zero housing – all shaped by Indigenous values, cultures and people.
